Do you need a porta potty for a backyard party?
You need a porta potty for a backyard party when guests outnumber what one or two house bathrooms can handle, usually around 30 or more people for several hours. Hosts mainly rent one to keep a crowd out of the house and off a septic system that is not built for party traffic.
How many porta potties for a graduation party?
A graduation party of 50 guests for 4 hours needs 1 porta potty; 100 guests need 2. Parties that run 5 to 8 hours add 1 unit per 100 guests, and a keg or cooler of beer adds 1 unit for every 4. Add a handwashing station next to the food table.

When does the porta potty arrive for a weekend party?
For a Saturday or Sunday party, the porta potty arrives on Friday and is picked up on Monday, at the same event price. You do not have to be home: mark the spot and leave the gate open, and the driver texts a photo when it is placed.
