How late can you call for same-day delivery?
Call by early afternoon, Monday through Saturday, for same-day porta potty delivery in St. Charles County and the nearer parts of St. Louis County. Morning calls give the best odds for towns 25 to 50 miles out. Later calls usually become first-run next-morning deliveries.

Does same-day delivery cost more?
Same-day delivery sometimes carries a rush charge when a driver has to leave a planned route. When it applies, we tell you the amount on the call, it appears as its own line on the quote, and nothing gets added after you pay.

What do we need for a same-day booking?
For a same-day booking we need the full address or a map pin, where the unit should go, any gate code, and a phone number the driver can reach. Paying by card on the call locks the truck in.

Can you deliver on Saturday?
Drivers run Saturday until 7 p.m. Saturday same-day calls fill fast, so call in the morning.
Do you deliver on Sunday?
Sunday delivery is not on the regular schedule. For Sunday events we deliver Friday or Saturday and pick up Monday.
Our toilet broke and guests arrive soon. Can you help?
Call right away. A plumbing failure before a party is a common same-day call, and we tell you the earliest window while you are on the phone.
Can a restroom trailer come same-day?
Sometimes, if one is clean and on the lot. Trailers need more setup, so a day or more of notice is safer.
Our supplier missed the delivery. Can you replace it today?
Missed deliveries are one of the most common job-site calls we get. Give us the address and we check the nearest truck.
