How many porta potties does a party need?
A backyard party of 50 guests for 4 hours needs 1 porta potty, and 75 to 100 guests need 2. Add 1 more unit for every 4 when alcohol is served, and add a handwashing station when food is out. Keeping guests out of the house is the main reason hosts rent one.

When is the porta potty delivered and picked up?
Event porta potties arrive the day before the event and leave the next business day. For a Saturday or Sunday party we deliver Friday and pick up Monday at the same price, so the unit is in place before guests come and never arrives late.

Monthly rentals get weekly pumping, cleaning and fresh paper and sanitizer. Extra visits can be added any time.

Events: we pick up the next business day. Monthly: call when the job ends and billing stops at that pickup.

Do festivals and public events need more?
Public events usually need more units and a service plan. The City of St. Louis, for example, requires event toilets to be serviced at least every 24 hours and sets 6 toilets and 2 handwashing stations per 1,000 attendees as a minimum for events over 8 hours without alcohol.

Questions before you book
Can I rent a porta potty for a few hours?
We price by the event, not the hour. One event price covers the day before through the next business day, so a 3-hour party and an all-day party cost the same.
What if it rains on my event?
The unit stays put. If the ground turns soft after delivery, the driver picks up from the closest firm spot on Monday.
Can I get pink or a specific color?
Pink, blue, gray and green units are often on the lot. Ask for a color when you book and we hold one if it is in stock.
Do you serve church and nonprofit events?
Church picnics, school events and charity 5Ks book with us often. Send a tax-exemption certificate with your order and we remove sales tax.
Can units go at several spots on one property?
We can place units at several spots, such as near a field, a pavilion and a parking area. Point each spot out on the call so the driver plans the route.
