Restroom trailer or porta potties for a wedding?
Choose a restroom trailer for a wedding with 75 or more guests, a formal dress code, or a reception that runs past dark. Choose deluxe flushing porta potties for smaller weddings, sites without power, or fields a trailer cannot reach.
| Guests (5-hour reception, bar) | Restroom trailer option | Deluxe unit option |
|---|---|---|
| 50 | 1 two-stall trailer | 3 deluxe units |
| 100 | 1 two-stall trailer | 4 deluxe units |
| 150 | 1 two-stall trailer + 1 deluxe unit | 7 deluxe units |
| 200 | Larger multi-stall trailer | 8 deluxe units |
Kingston planning counts. Add 1 wheelchair-accessible unit for any guest who needs it; trailers have steps.
How far ahead should you book wedding restrooms?
Book wedding restroom trailers 1 to 3 months ahead, and earlier for May, June, September and October Saturdays, which fill first. Deluxe flushing units usually book 3 to 6 weeks out. A date change is free up to 24 hours before delivery.

What does the venue need to provide?
A wedding restroom trailer needs a fairly level spot reachable by a truck, a 110-volt outlet on its own 20-amp circuit within about 100 feet, and ideally a garden hose spigot. Wineries and barns around Augusta, Defiance and New Melle often have slopes, so we check the spot first.
- Send a photo or map pin of the planned spot
- Keep the path lit if the reception runs after dark
- Place it 50 to 150 feet from tables: close, but out of sight lines
Questions before you book
How much is a wedding restroom trailer?
Typical 2026 quotes run about $1,500 to $2,500 for the event, including delivery the day before, setup, leveling and pickup the day after. Deluxe flushing units run about $280 to $500 each.
Will guests smell anything?
A trailer flushes into a sealed tank with vents above the roof, and a deluxe unit flushes clean blue water. Both are serviced and deodorized before delivery.
Can the trailer stay overnight?
The event price includes overnight. We pick up the next day once the venue is clear.
Do we need a generator?
Only if there is no outlet within about 100 feet. We can arrange a quiet generator; tell us when you book.
Can you deliver to a farm with a long gravel drive?
Farm and pasture weddings are common. A trailer needs firm ground; after heavy rain we may place it at the top of the drive.
