Which Kirkwood event venues can you deliver to?
Event organizers in Kirkwood often book porta potties for venues like the ones below. Each one has its own rules on placement and vehicle access, so ask the venue first; we deliver ahead of setup and pick up after teardown.

- Kirkwood Station and downtown (Kirkwood Farmers' Market)
- Ebsworth Park (Frank Lloyd Wright house)
- National Museum of Transportation
- The Magic House
Can a porta potty go on a Kirkwood lawn or lot?
Pick a level, firm spot in Kirkwood that the service truck can get within about 25 feet of. Driveway edges and gravel pads are ideal on Kirkwood lots, and lawns work when dry. Keep the door facing away from the street and clear of sprinkler heads and septic lids at 63122 addresses.
Older streets downtown and in the original town plat have narrow lots and many detached rear garages, so alley or curb placement is common. Meramec Highlands sits on bluffs above the Meramec River, so lots there are steep. Mention steep drives or wet ground on the call so the Kirkwood driver brings the right gear.
Popular Kirkwood event spots include Kirkwood Park, Kirkwood Station and downtown, Ebsworth Park, National Museum of Transportation and The Magic House. Those Kirkwood venues often have a set restroom area and vehicle rules, so get the placement from them first.

Do you need a permit for a porta potty in Kirkwood?
You only need a permit in Kirkwood when the porta potty is part of a public event or sits on public property such as a street, sidewalk or park. In those cases City of Kirkwood City Clerk's Office, 139 S. Kirkwood Rd handles the approval; private yards and job sites usually need nothing. See the official Kirkwood permit page.
In St. Louis County, some city event applications also ask whether you hold a St. Louis County Health Department special event sanitation permit for temporary toilets, so ask the clerk when you apply.
This is general guidance, not legal advice. Confirm Kirkwood rules with the permit office or your venue before the event.
How does construction porta potty rental work in Kirkwood?
Builders in Kirkwood usually need 1 standard unit per crew of up to 20, the OSHA minimum in 29 CFR 1926.51, with a handwashing station when crews handle paint or concrete. Our Kirkwood job-site rentals bill every 28 days and include a weekly service visit.
The City Council approved Pitman Place on January 8, 2026: 60 apartments over retail at N. Kirkwood Rd and Adams by TriStar Properties. Construction is expected in 2026. A 100-unit plan for the old public works site was unveiled in August 2026, part of a downtown building boom.
Crew tables for Kirkwood jobs are on our construction rental page; the federal text is at OSHA 1926.51.

What does a porta potty cost in Kirkwood?
For Kirkwood, plan on roughly $175 to $300 for one standard event unit or $190 to $285 per 28 days on a job site after the first cycle. Delivery to Kirkwood is one of our shorter runs, which keeps the delivery and pickup line low. Deluxe units and trailers cost more.
Can the porta potty go on my driveway in Sugar Creek Valley?
Driveways work well in Sugar Creek Valley: level, firm and close to the truck. If the Sugar Creek Valley HOA limits visible units, a side-yard spot behind the garage usually satisfies it.
Do I need a permit for porta potties at a Kirkwood event?
Only public events usually do. For a Kirkwood park, parade or street event, apply through City of Kirkwood City Clerk's Office, 139 S. Kirkwood Rd and list the units; we email you a written count and placement plan to attach.
Can you deliver porta potties to Kirkwood Park?
Kirkwood Park and similar Kirkwood venues work fine once the organizer confirms where units sit. Ask whether trucks can drive in before the event starts; we deliver early so the lot is clear.
Does Kirkwood ground or terrain affect placement?
Older streets downtown and in the original town plat have narrow lots and many detached rear garages, so alley or curb placement is common. We place Kirkwood units on the highest, firmest ground available and stake them on open, windy sites.
Can I get a restroom trailer for a Kirkwood wedding?
Trailers are available for Kirkwood events from about 75 guests up. The site needs a level patch, power within about 100 feet and tow access; spring and fall Saturdays book first.
